The Company’s target markets in dermatology and plastic surgery are wrinkles and are currently valued at $5 Billion in minimally invasive procedures in the U.S. alone.  These procedures comprise about one-fourth of the larger $16.5 Billion cosmetic surgery market as a whole.  Large segments of this market are underserved by existing technology. Cellagen expects its products will provide more superior, longer-lasting benefits than existing cosmetic treatments, which will allow the Company to penetrate its target markets and grow its business.  In addition, the demographic category of aging people is growing.  As a consequence, the Company expects to benefit from increasing need for treatments it offers to the marketplace.
